Who we send to your home
Every cleaner on Verliks uploads a government ID and a selfie. Someone on our team checks them and approves the profile before it receives a single request.
After each cleaning you rate the job. The rating stays on the cleaner’s profile and affects which requests they are offered next.

What does a cleaning cost?
There is no fixed price list. The cleaner who takes your request goes through the job with you and confirms the price before anything is booked.
Who do I pay, and when?
You pay the cleaner directly, on the terms the two of you agree. Verliks does not charge you to post a request, takes no percentage of the job, and never holds your payment.
Who actually comes to my home?
An independent professional whose ID and selfie our team approved, whose service area covers your ZIP code, and who offers the type of cleaning you asked for.
What if the cleaner who replies is not right for me?
Decline. Nothing is charged, and your request goes back out to other cleaners near you automatically.
Can I ask for a specific cleaner?
Yes. A request can be sent straight to a professional whose profile you have seen. If they are not available, it falls back to matching with cleaners nearby.
How quickly will someone reply?
Requests reach matching cleaners immediately, in small groups at a time. How fast one replies depends on who is free near you, so it is not a time we can promise.
