Every cleaner submits government-issued ID. We verify name, address, and identity before activation.

National criminal background check on every cleaner. Any history of violent or property crimes results in immediate disqualification.

After every booking, clients rate the service. Cleaners with consistently low ratings are reviewed and can be suspended.
