Look at their profile and rating, then decide. If you decline, the request goes back out to another cleaner automatically.
You pay the cleaner directly
Requesting costs you nothing. The price is what you and the cleaner agree, and it is paid to them, not to Verliks.
Worth having ready
Say which rooms, and be honest about volume — a wardrobe and a full garage are not the same afternoon. Decide in advance whether you want help deciding what to discard or only help arranging what you keep, and whether you can be there, because the sorting usually needs your calls.
Questions about home organizing
Do I have to be there?
For the sorting, usually yes — nobody else can decide what you keep. Once those decisions are made, the arranging can often continue without you.
Do organizers take things away or supply storage?
Do not assume either. Hauling away discards and buying bins or containers are extra, and whether a professional does them varies. Agree on it in the conversation before the day.
How much does this cost?
There is no fixed price. It depends on the property, its condition, the scope, your location and the professional. The cleaner who takes your request discusses it with you in the conversation, before anything is booked.
Can I ask for a specific cleaner?
Yes. You can send a request straight to a professional whose profile you have seen, and it goes to them rather than into the general matching. If they are not available, the request falls back to cleaners near you.
Does every cleaner offer this service?
No. Each professional lists the types of cleaning they take on, and requests are only matched to cleaners who offer this one and who cover your area.
Can I add extra work to the request?
Describe it in the notes when you send the request. The cleaner confirms in the conversation what they include and whether the extra work is something they can do.
